Program 2: Business Partner Program
Who it's for: Real estate agents, insurance agents, property managers, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals who regularly work with property owners.
- Register as a partner — free, no obligation.
- When a client needs a roof, submit their info through our partner form.
- SRA handles the inspection, insurance coordination, and full replacement.
- You earn $500 per completed project — no limit on the number of referrals.
- If the client's roof is in great shape, we issue them a free 1-Year Workmanship Warranty at no cost to you or them.
What Makes a Referral "Qualify"?
The rules are straightforward. Your referral must be a new customer — someone who hasn't previously received a quote from SRA or any of its acquired companies. They must purchase and complete a full roof replacement (not just a repair). And you need to submit the referral form before or at the time of their first inspection.
That's it. Once their project is paid in full, you get a check in the mail within 30 days.
A Word on Taxes
Referral bonuses are taxable income. If your total referral earnings in a calendar year exceed IRS thresholds, SRA will issue a 1099. We recommend keeping track of your bonuses for tax purposes.
