“The hail storm in April really rocked my house, it has been a very stressful process with all the rain adding more water damage. A saving grace throughout has been SRA Roofing! From the very first call with their receptionist (shoutout to Bailey) the process was great! I called a few companies but they were the friendliness, fastest, and handled my issues with grace and understanding. Through contract, schedule, project management, build crew, cleanup, and payment every person I spoke with throughout the process explained each step with precision. They even helped me better understand the entire insurance process. I am so pleased with the look and functionality (no more rain inside my house) of the new roof! I will be recommending SRA Roofing to everyone I can from here on out.”
“We would absolutely hire SRA Roofing & Gutter again and recommend them to all our family and friends. Our project manager (Anthony and Nicholas) kept us informed from the initial quote to the final inspection. The initial quote was accurate with no added fees, and they keep us updated through the process. SRA insurance specialist (Chris) worked with our insurance adjustor on getting the additional storm damaged gutters replaced. SRA office staff (Bailey, Meagan and Alexceia)) were always polite, professional and directed our question to the appropriate team member. The roofing crew did a great job on the installation of the new roof, and the gutter team (Damian's team) was A+. Our new roof, skylights and gutters look fantastic.”
“I was very hesitant to let any of the people who stopped by my home have access to my roof. After all, I knew they would tell me what they wanted me to know! However, Mark was different. He was honest, believable, and seemed genuinely interested in my home, circumstances and what he could do if I needed and wanted it done. He didn’t over promise and under deliver. He told me the challenges, why and what he thought his team could do. Together they walked me through every step of the process and kept me updated on each activity. As a skeptical person, I was more than pleased with the results. They did exactly what they said, when they said, and with great results including clean up!”
“I was contacted last November by one of your representatives, Matthew Seaton who came to my door to offer a free roof inspection, which I quickly accepted. Matthew and his partner did a careful inspection, took pictures and made notations of any and all damage or wear that they could find. Our roof was approximately 11 years old. Was the original roof installed when the home was built. The main item found in the inspection was hail damage. Matthew very carefully went over everything he found, then helped direct us to make a claim to our homeowners insurance agent. We were able to connect with our agent while Matthew was still there with us and we set a time that our agent and Matthew could both be present on the roof together to discus the terms for the claim, which was quickly resolved. The work was completed, start to finish (one day) in early December by a very professional and courteous crew of roofers. Part of the job was subbed out to another crew who replaced some downspouts and put on new leaf guards a week or so after the shingles were installed. I appreciate the willingness of your company and its representatives to come back and answer questions and give assurance that any flaws found will be promptly addressed into the future. Thank you!”
“We felt taken care of from start to finish! Josiah guided us through the inspection, insurance, and the project timeline, and he was present the day the work was being done to make sure everything went smoothly. He even trimmed tree branches that were hanging over our roof! As first-time homeowners going through the insurance claim process for the first time, we felt cared for and supported by the team at Storm Restorations of America. Josiah was super communicative and made sure we fully understood each step in the process. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof!!”
“This company sent Meagan out within the hour of our phone call to look at our roof. We were dealing with a unique situation with many issues that many other companies didn’t have an answer for but Meagan came out explained the problem she was seeing and found a great fix for our problem! She got an estimate to us in a timely manner and kept in touch, answered our phone calls and every question we put out there! She helped thru every step of the process and was fabulous!”
“The roofing crew was respectful. They moved my plants out of the way so not to damage them. All debris was cleaned up after thoroughly and with care. The ceiling to our bathroom caved in and they tarped it within a couple of hours and even worked with insurance to get the repair costs covered for us even though they don't handle the interior repairs themselves. I can't reccomend them enough!”
“You won’t be disappointed if you choose SRA Roofing! From start to finish, Mark Axon and the whole team were outstanding, professional and expedient at replacing my roof and gutters following the hail storm we experienced. My roof was complicated with numerous ridges and valleys. SRA Roofing installed it in just a couple of days to my amazement. They were in and out, did an excellent job, left the yard clean and I would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks to Mark and the whole team!”
“Justin stopped by after our storms to inspect my roof. When he determined that I did indeed need a new roof, he was so kind to help me file a claim w my insurance company. I am a widow whose husband used to handle all our business dealings so I was especially grateful to Justin for helping me complete this important task. I had just figured my roof was so old that I would have to pay to have it replaced. He checked back w me all along the process until it was beautifully completed. Everyone that I came in touch w during the completion of the project was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend SRA and the roofing company that completed the work on my roof and gutters.”
“Nickolas P visited my home for an inspection. No, I didn't spend any money. But he could have made something up to get me to use his services. He didn't. He was totally honest with me. Actually complemented my roof and home. He was personable and kind. I don't normally give reviews to a business or person whom services I have not utilized, but this is an exception. Because of his professionalism and all that I stated above, I had to write this. I WILL be using their services in the future. Great job!”
“Josh Buyher came out and checked our roof and to my surprise told us our roof was in good shape. While he was up there he noticed our gutters were dirty, so he took it upon himself to clean them. As someone who is 8 months pregnant and already has my hands full, his willingness to not take advantage of me and go above and beyond will not be forgotten. Glad to know there are good people and businesses still left in this crazy world. Thank you, Josh!”
